Automatic Oil Port Welding Machine
1. Automatic oil port welding machine is designed to MIG weld oil port, nipple and elbow inlet on hydraulic cylinder.
2. Welding machine is available with MIG or TIG welding torch.
3. Automatic oil port welding machine is manufactured in cnc system and 2 axis. It will follow up intersection trajectory of the hydraulic cylinder oil port.
4. A motorized tooling fixture keeps the oil port in the vertcal position. Oil port does not need spot/tag welding prior to automatic welding.
5. CNC system allows to record intersection height difference, welding speed, overlapping value, arc delay time, etc. It is extermely simple to set parameters for different oil ports.
6. The welding machine incorporates a sliding door for isolating the welding process and protecting the operator from arc radiation and weld spatter.
